Hello, Archie has now had us for nearly 8 weeks! and he’s training us well. He’s settled in really well

and is such a good natured boy - we have travelled with him in the car without a problem…..he just settles down for a snooze! We’ve visited lots of new places and he takes all of them in his increasing stride - heres a pic taken a couple of weeks ago looking handsome.

Thanks again,

He’s such a beautiful boy; he has totally changed our lives. He’s such a character & we wouldn’t be without him.

Hi Eddie,

It's hard to believe it's almost a year since we came to collect 'Blondie', one of Olivia's labradoodle puppies. She's now nearly 14 months old and I've been looking forward to sending you a few of the thousands of pictures I have of her, but really wanted to thank you and your family again for giving her the best possible start in life.

Blondie is such a joy to be around, everyone adores her. She is so friendly, has so much character, and so smart! She is a real water baby, and takes everything in her stride. I laugh at her antics every day and really can't imagine life without her. I look back with fond memories at the times you let me visit in the weeks before I could take her home, and I really think it helped establish an early bond and helped her settle in so well.

So thank you again, and hope you enjoy seeing how gorgeous she is all grown up!
Kind Regards,
Kate

Hello Tina, Carol and Eddie
We thought you might like to know how Ralph is getting on. He was one of Trixie's last litter born on the 11 May - he is now 5 months old and an absolute delight. From the moment we got him home he was happy in his crate and easy to toilet train - he now uses bells to let us know he needs to go out. So far he hasn't chewed anything other than his toys.
He is incredibly sociable- loves people and dogs of all shapes and sizes . Best pup ever! We can't imagine not having him!
Thank you!

I thought I'd send a few photos of 'freddie'.
He is totally part of the family and into everything. He is kind of house trained, well getting there anyway! He has been on his first walk today which took 50mins to walk about half a mile. Every person, other dog or cat meant stopping saying hello or barking.
We love him!

Hello Eddie and Tina,
We thought you would like to know that we have begun to compete seriously this year [as opposed to training in the ring last year] and in only his second KC agility show Rufus has won out of grade three into grade four with a seriously storming run at Wigton Agility Show. He has measured into large dog size which was quite a surprise however he has no trouble competing against all those fast collies! Also attached is a picture of all our three Foxisle dogs. As you can see Leo our big man although retired from competitive agility is still fit and well at eleven years of age. [Where has the time gone since we picked our fluffy pup up from you?] And then there is little Bonny Rufus' mum. What a joy she is to have around. She does a bit of agility, a bit of scent work and a great deal of sit on me lap any time she gets the chance! I can't tell you how glad I am she could come to us after her work with you was done.

I hope you are all well at Foxisle as we are here
With all good wishes from Liz

Hi Eddie,

Hope you're well. I saw you had testimonials on your site and thought you might like to see the beagle pup. We got George from you early December 2016, he was the single born beagle pup. He's 5 months now and we absolutely love him and can't remember what we did without him. He's doing really well. HE IS NUTS!! Haha but he LOVES cuddles. Our walks take twice as long because everybody loves him. He walks round like he thinks he's the big boss dog and likes to trot when he thinks has an audience haha! He's a very quick learner, within a week he had learnt sit, paw and lay down but he's a terror for pulling up carpet! Iv attached some photos.

Hi guys,

Thought you'd like to see a picture of Daisy (Galaxy/minstrel) and Ted (Becky/Troy), it's not often we can capture them so close together. Daisy turned 4 this month and is still as mad as a box of frogs Ted was 3 just before Christmas and is so gentle and soppy. They are such opposites but it works and we wouldn't have them any other way, best decision we have made in a long time getting these two.

Hello Tina and Eddie.

Just letting you know Kiah has settled in nicely...she is extremely clever! She has learned so many commands in the month we've had her. She is now sleeping through the night and asks for the toilet but we still have a few wee's if we're not quick enough! She's a bit mouthy as she gets really excited and struggles to settle down but we are getting there. She's got a fantastic nature and is much loved, thank you.

Hi Eddie and tina. Hope you are well. Honey is doing really well. I have been brave and started taking her off her lead and so far so good. She runs straight to me when I call her name. She is learning commands she can sit and give paw, just working on the 'stay'. So many people stop and ask what breed she is and comment on how gorgeous she is! Thought you may like some photos too. :-). Take care. Claire and family. Xx

Hi Eddie,

Isla has just turned 6 months old now and is a lovely addition to our family, so glad we made the move to get her. Isla is progressing so well, she loves her walks in the woods, parks and beach, especially if she can be off the lead. Isla is very clever and picks things up very quickly, she loves going to puppy training classes and even won a prize just before Christmas for best progressed puppy.

Hi

Just thought I'd let you know how Arthur is getting on. His mum is Alice (American Cocker) and his dad Henry. I know he was your first American cockerpoo litter.

He's 21 weeks now and delightful. He's an easy going boy who loves his walks, especially on the beach or through leaves. He's proving so easy to train as well, he's quick to learn new commands and his recall is fantastic. People always comment so positively on his lovable nature.

He's a fab little boy (well not that little) almost 10kg at 21 weeks. We've met a few other Foxisle puppies and like Arthur they are all gorgeous with such laid back personalities.

Here are a few pictures. He doesn't stay still for a photo as he's an inquisitive little boy who likes to see what's going on.

We are all so glad to have Arthur - I've been thinking about a companion for him and was tempted by the labradoodles but as he is just so gorgeous I might wait to see if Alice has another litter - if she does would you let me know please?

Jacqui and Arthur.

Hi, This is Dexter 4 months on. He is a lovely puppy, full of character and very energetic and bouncy. He has grown so quickly. He loves the beach and equally the woods where he can jump around in the long grass. He is almost house trained and he sits, gives a paw and has good recall when off the lead.

Thank you for bringing this lovey dog into the world! I will post you more pictures at his next milestone.

Hi there!

We are absolutely delighted with our puppy, Minty, the 'Double Doodle'! I just thought I'd send a couple of photos, I will send more in a few weeks time too. She has settled down so well and is already walking nicely on her lead, coming when called, sitting and what not. We would ideally like to find a really good local trainer (probably for us more than Minty) and wondered if you could possible recommend anyone, please?

Thanks again!

I have been wanting to let you know how wonderful Lola is but am useless on the computer. Now finally Sending I hope! these via my iPhone.

Lola was Trixie's puppy born on 9th Sept that I nearly didn't get. She has been a complete joy to my whole extended family - though I would never have a puppy in the winter again!! She was slow to housetrain but wonderful with my granddaughter who was living here for 6 months. She is besotted with retrieving her ball but swimming is her favourite of all. Daren't walk down all our Thames footpath but take her to Richmond Park. Now my other son is trying to train her not to pick up golf balls on the green as he takes her every Saturday morning.

She has just won first prize at a fun agility course run by the dog trainer!! I only regret having her speyed as she is so special. Still not shaved her as her wavy coat is so special but she does need to be cut a bit. Hope all is well with you.

I apologise for not contacting earlier And I can't thank you enough for the love of my life!

Hi Tina and everyone at Foxisle,

Just a quick email as we realised that tomorrow marks one year since you kindly allowed us to adopt Blossom. It feels like Blossom has always been here as she is so settled in with Bonnie and us. He's a lovely dog. He can be really well behaved. Getting calmer as time goes on. He's good at coming back in the park, when it's quiet. His nature is friendly with humans & dogs. Never aggressive to either.

Morning Eddie, Tina and all at foxisle,
I thought you would enjoy seeing this rather cute picture of Bonny and her son Rufus. Rufus was bred at Foxisle and because we fell in love with her[and her work for you was done,] we took his mum Bonny to live with us too! As you can see Rufus is a big boy now he is fully grown compared to his mum. I was hoping to run him in agility at medium height but he measured out by less than 5mil so is classed as a big dog for the moment although as he is boarder line he is due for a second measurement. In the meantime I have no intention of jumping him in large dog classes as the hurdles are just that bit too high and I'd be afraid of injuring him. However the Kennel Club have just this year decided on a lower height for these small large dogs. A rule that is to come in later this year so I shall be happy to run him in what is called forth height classes.

In the mean time Rufus has run in his first kennel Club show in a class called `allsorts' This is for dogs who don't fit a category and can be any height and any grade meaning that Rufus was competing against very experienced grade seven dogs. He ran beautifully and would have won his class if he had been a medium dog. As it was he was sixth against the big dogs. I was thrilled not because of his placing as really I was there just to train in the ring but because of the way he went. He was totally focused during his run and went like a bush fire with a tail wind! I get a real adrenalin rush when running with him and am looking forward to many years of competing with him.

Little Bonny brooks no nonsense from her sometimes over the top son, we are quite sure she knows who he is and will act accordingly if he is not respectful to his mum! Just to assure you our other dog, Leo also from foxisle is well and happy and enjoying semi retirement from competition. He will be ten this July, I've much to be thankful for from all my dogs bred by you.

With best wishes
Liz

Our beautiful Bronte has just had her first birthday and thought you would like an update on her progress. Not owning a dog before we had no idea on what to expect but wow what an amazing puppy we bought. She has been so good on toilet training with little or no mess, she has not chewed anything although has a liking for our socks.

he is so sweet natured and loves everyone. She does not bark at other dogs. We have been on puppy classes and entered a dog show and came first in the category most appealing eyes. We have also done agility classes with her which she enjoys. Bronte is a big part of our family and would not be without her. Here are a few pictures she just loves her walks out in the country .

Hi Eddie,

I just wanted to let you know how our pup is getting on now he’s been with us for a couple of weeks. We decided on the name Angus for him and he’s settled in really well. We’re hoping to start puppy school with him later this week but the crate training has gone well and he’s been really good in the house - a couple of little accidents but that’s to be expected.

The kids adore him and we’ve noticed how much time our 13 year old will spend with us rather than hiding away in her room all the time. It’s really good to get out on family walks together as well. He had his first trip to the beech Monday and had a great time playing in the water.

Thankyou for all your help, I’ve attached a few photos of Angus for you.

The boys have had their first cut! Boyd is no longer black but not sure what colour you would call it but he is absolutely gorgeous. Jobe to is just red but again a showstopper. There is one problem that I think you should make prospective poo owners aware of... It is impossible to take them out for short walks as by the time people have stopped to admire them 30 mins is really two hours!! LOL

Hope your well and Happy New Year Kev and Sharon

Hi all

I just wanted to send you some pics of our beautiful Ernie over the past 4 months that we've had him. He was born on 30th July 2015 to Pepper and Minstral. He's a huge part of our familiy and adored by everyone! We still can't go for a walk or take him anywhere without people stopping to tell us how beautiful he is and ask us if he is in fact a teddy bear!!

He completed his basis puppy classes before Christmas and is now working towards his bronze KC award. His confidence is soaring around other dogs and we're so happy that he isn't a noisy yappy dog like many in his class.

Thank you for such an awesome little dude, don't know where we'd be without him! Would be fab to hear how his siblings are getting on and if any are in the north east! Xx

Hi Eddy and Tina,

Just a little note to say that Rupert is settling in well and making himself part of the family. He's already found himself his comfy spots and claimed his first slipper which he likes to take to bed with him and use as a pillow!

Hi Eddie and Tina

Hope you are all well at Foxisle Gundogs. I just wanted to send you an email to let you know that Red is getting on great. He is a lovely dog, so sociable and wants to be friends with everyone. He is enjoying dog training and is very eager to please, although he does have a stubborn streak at times!

As you can see from the picture, at only 6 months he is a good size and has a lovely coat. We think he looks very similar to his mum and definitely has her expression. Hope she is ok.

Hello Eddie and Tina,

I took these photos today and thought you would like to see them as they show what we get up to on our walks! The photos are not the usual quality as I only had my phone with me. However all my lot enjoy this type of body awareness fun and will hop up onto something or get into position for a photo with no prompting from me! Young Rufus is particularly agile as you can see from his balancing act on the fallen tree, Leo has been doing this sort of thing for years and is an old hand at it and Bonny amazes me daily because she just seems to know what to do by following what the others do.

I didn't get a clear one of her today on the fallen tree but when Rufus popped up on it she left off sniffing under a bush to rush over and take part in our game!

Wishing all at Foxisle a peaceful Christmas and all good wishes for the coming New Year.

Hi Eddie and Tina.

Just keeping you informed as to progress, the boys are now shetland pony size at nearly 5 month. I am thinking of hitching them up to a carriage and doing novelty weddings LOL. They pics are just after a puppy trim and pamper and the groomers were blown away by their size and appearance.

I cannot see them stopping growing at 6 Months though? Jobe is currently 9.5 kilo and Boyd 8.8 kilo my big beautiful boys. One thing have had to stop fishing to save money for their food bill LMAO! Seriously they are a credit to you and make us smile every day.

He has fitted in so well with our family - he loves the kids and they love him. He is still nipping, mostly me! I have attached a picture of him sporting his new hair cut! Such a handsome chap. His coat is very unique, wavy legs, head and tail and straight body! We think he looks very much like his mum 'Jif'. Hope she is doing well? Don't forget to let us know if ever she needs a home.

Take care
Leanda, Chris and family

Hi all

Wanted to send you this photo of Buddy who we collected from you four years ago today. He was born on 27th May 2011 and his dad was Minstral and mum was Bonny. He is an absolutely beautiful dog, such a character, everywhere we go people comment how stunning he is. He has bought so many laughs to our home and we can't imagine life without him now. Thank you so much.

Hello Eddie and Tina and all the staff at Foxisle,

Attached are some photos of our three all bred by yourselves at Foxisle. Leo my big boy is now nine years old and this will be his last season jumping full height in agility. He's not finished yet though as he still seems to be enjoying himself at shows so we will do veterans classes with him next year at a lower height.

I would not want to injure him and he is a big heavy dog but he's been such a wonderful partner and I'd like to go on enjoying running with him as long as possible.

Young Rufus is coming on with his training very well. Last week he ran in his first show just for the experience of being in and around the ring with all the hype of other exited dogs. he was brilliant both in keeping his focus and in completing each course in good style. For me running him was a bit like driving a Ferrari after being more used to a family saloon! He is very fast and can turn on a sixpence but can go wrong if I'm not quick enough to cue his next move.

Dear Bonny Rufus' mum whom we took as her work with you was done is the sweetest little girl who will cuddle for ever if needed. Everyone who meets her says what a pretty girl she is. She does do a bit of agility when I'm training the others but the role she likes best is keeping the garden free from mice. When this happens her persona of sweet little old granny turns into that of mighty and formidable hunter! Her photo shows her in our favourite walking area next to the river. All three love to swim and hunt in the grass for balls and treats that I hide as we go along.

So that is our update, I just wish we could take more of your lovely healthy dogs but I think three is enough for now!

I hope all is well with you

With best wishes.
Liz

Hi Eddie

As you can see, Red has settled in lovely. I can't believe it's not even 2 days since we got him. He loves the bean bag (only furniture I have let him on!) and has made a lovely friend with our cat, Martha.

I will send you more photos soon.

Many thanks

Hi Tina & Eddie,

Just a quick note to let you know Blossom is doing well and settling in nicely. She and Bonnie are bonding very well and she is getting quite quick when chasing Bonnie on the beaches. Our vet is looking to spay Blossom towards the end of August. Blossom did not like travelling into town without Bonnie (it was the first time they'd been apart since we picked Blossom up from you), but once we were in she behaved extremely well, despite our appointment being 40 minutes late!

They all thought she is a little sweetie (as do we). I enclose a few pics, and thanks again for letting us adopt her. I'll let you know when she has been spayed. Regards,

Emma & Nick

Hello Eddie and Tina,

Just been looking at your website and it has inspired me to send you a couple of photos of Rosie, who claimed me for her own back in December 2006, now a lively 9 year old. What a wonderful, clever, good hearted girl she is. Not a bad bone in her body, she wakes up happy and wagging every morning.

She 'goes to work' every day with her dad in his engineering workshop and is very well known in Dronfield, she knocks them over with her 'party trick' of howling to order. In 9 years we have only ever had to visit the vets for a grass seed in the foot and a stiff shoulder, which I would say is an amazing record and all down to you and your fantastic breeding skills!! I remember you telling me she would lay at my feet while I watched TV at night...no such luck on that score, she insisted on her own armchair!! Here is a photo of 'Rosie the Digger Dog' and Rosie on her first ever visit to the beach last summer.

Hope you like them!

Hi Eddie

Thanks so much for getting back to me.

The Sire was Zoflora A Roll in Thunder and the Dam was Foxisle Noodle.

Eddie I've attached two pictures of Scully that I love. One is Scully and my friend's dog Ally having their first run about of the good weather. Ally is the one with the red collar but I love this one because Scully looks so happy - you'll see what I mean when you look at it. The other is one taken at the weekend - she was getting a little annoyed as I'd been on the laptop for an hour and ignoring her.

As you can see she's a gorgeous healthy girl who is the centre of our family - everyone who meets her is amazed at how gentle she is. My grandmother is in her 90's but never once has she ever jumped up on her - the rest of us get jumped on - particularly when snoozing.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Best regards
Jodi

Hi Tina & Eddie

I hope you are well.

I cant believe that Sully will be 6 months old in a couple of weeks, I don't know where the time has gone & still cant get my head around the fact that I came for a labrador and ended up coming away with the most adorable, placid (but mischievious) loving german shepherd puppy ever, I still think that my husband is waiting for me to come to my senses although he absolutely adores him aswell! I have attached a few photos for you to show how he has grown, everyone that sees him falls in love with him and if we had a £1 for every time someone says "ooh look at the size of his paws" we'd be millionaires by now (even the vet cant believe the size of them).

He is doing really well and we have kept him on the Royal Canin, he was at the vets for his monthly weighing and worming this week and he has grown to a whopping 32.8kg already, the people in the vets couldn't believe how big he actually was for his age. He is enjoying going on walks with his other doggie friends around Temple Newsam Park & woods very near where we live and is doing well with his training. I cant work out how to put this on your testimonial site but if you wish to add this I am more than happy to recommend. Once again, thank you and if we are passing by with him we will pop in and let you see him.

Kind regards

Dear Eddie and Tina,

I just want to thank you for our wonderful new puppy George.

We were a little anxious before we picked him up as several people including our vets nurse had warned us not to get a puppy that hadn't been breed and born in a home environment. ABSOLUTE RUBBISH, is all I can say to them. He has only been with us 8 days now he was house trained within the first 2 days, crate trained within the same time frame, and only cried for a few hours the first couple of nights here.

He is by far the best and easiest dog we have ever had, he is bomb proof, frightened of nothing, and curious of all that's new.

He can already ring a bell at the door to tell he he wants to go out, or come back in, sit on command to be petted, and look at us for permission to get what he wants. He will leave treats until given the command to “get it”. All these he picked up in around 10 mins or so. I know it sounds unbelievable but it is absolutely true. So when I see the vet nurse, dog trainer , and all those sceptics, I will proudly show them what my wonderful pup is capable of, and tell them. Its not where they are bred but HOW they are bred.

Once again thank you for all your hard work in producing such wonderful first class dogs.

Mel and Lorraine Sykes.

Dear Tina and Eddie,

We thought we would update you on our puppy, Sidney, who we collected from you at Easter time. He is Galaxy's golden boy and is one year old today. Sidney is an absolutely great dog, with a lovely nature. He enjoys playing with other dogs and going for long walks at the beach, although he isn't too keen on swimming in the sea!! He is a clever dog and was easy to train because of his eagerness to please. He is always looking for cuddles and could definitely be called 'soppy'.

We all love him to bits and he is a fantastic addition to our family. We hope you like the photos, they cover the past 10 months.

Love from the Garvey family, Newcastle.

Hello Tina & Eddie,

Belated Happy New Year!

Here is Buster age 8 months. He is the most wonderful dog we could ever imagine! We all absolutely adore him! Thankyou so much for all your help. We are thinking we might like to get a little play mate for Buster, another Cockapoo. Do you have any idea if you might be breeding Rachel this year? We would want to collect puppy in July again to tie in with the summer holidays. Hope all is going well for you both & hope to see you soon.

Hi Eddie and Tina

I've attached a couple of pics for you to see how settled Star is with us. She really is a stunning little puppy. She has settled into our family quickly and easily and is doing really well. She is doing really well with the house training and is getting along great with our Working Cocker Skye. She loves going for walks, especially on the back fields where she can go off the lead and bomb after Skye.... Pics are after a bath and with Skye, it will only let me attach a couple so will send anther email with the others.

Good evening.

Hope you are all well. Can't believe we have had Oscar a month now! Hes growing up so fast now. Hes had both lots of jabs and we can start to take him on little walks from tomorrow. So impressed with him. Hes learnt sit and mastered that within a few days. He also learnt down but still have to use treats every now and again to help him along. Teaching him wait at minute regarding his food. Then telling him when to get it. He loves his food! Can't get enough of it bless him.

Hes had a collar on since end of week one and hes been brill with it. Hes good on lead but throws himself on floor at first, but then hes fine and walks round lovely at times. Hes met Bonnie and Skye. Skye wasnt too sure about him. Bonnie was amazing with him. He stood grabbing her teats and she let him! He also met my best friends german shepard and another dog that lives on our street. Hes been socialising quite a lot. Also had friends from work come round with their dog and he got on great with her. Had small toddlers round (crying ones aswell and hes been great), older relatives & hes fine with Dave when hes in uniform. People love his colour!

Still nibbling at people and things but hes learnt off so when say off he lets go. Aswell as using toys to put in his mouth when he gets a bit too playful and nibbles. My best friend's shepard has taught Oscar how to bark. When he came round other week there was a cat in garden and Kaiser went barmy barking his head off. Then Oscar copied his barking. He's been barking at other dogs in a playful manner when they have over as well as barking at his own reflection in patio door.

Vets cant believe how big his is. Took him on monday for his last jabs and he weighed 7.3kg. Heres a few pictures of little Oscar. Thanks for everythings hes a smashing pup. Hope all the other german shepard pups and other dogs are doing great.

Recommend you to one of my neighbours who is after a labradoodle. She said she is going to contact you after xmas.

Hello Ed and Tina,

I'm resending these photos as I'm not sure that you got them last week! Here are some pictures of our lovely dogs all bred at Foxisle. Bonny Rufus' mum took no time at all to fit in with our way of life when she joined our happy band in June. Thank you so much for letting us have her she is a real asset and much admired by so many people who now know her.

I've even started a bit of agility training with her as now she has muscled up she is a very speedy girl and I think it makes her proud to know that she has a job! Rufus continues to amaze me with his quick to learn ability and his athleticism. I've included a couple of pictures of him during a training session. He is a joy to work with just as our big boy continues to be. With very best wishes to all at foxisle from all of us across the boarder.

Hi,
Just thought I’d send an update on Ted who we collected from you at Easter. He settled in very quickly, helped by Daisy who let him know right from the off that its her house and therefor her rules!

He has maintained that very ‘soppy’ loving demeanour and will stop doing anything for a cuddle. We were a bit concerned at the beginning because we was looking very ‘cocker spaniel’ish’ but as you can see he’s grown into a very handsome cockapoo, and like Daisy had, a very definite “aaaaaw factor”.

Because of his amazing character at some point in the future we would like to have him sire some pups I would hope that that is ok for you guys.

Hi Eddie

Here are some photos as promised of Bobby, he is nearly 5 months now and we can't imagine life without him. He is so well behaved and such a lovely sociable dog. He has a wonderful nature and a fabulous temprement. He has been with us travelling all over France and we plan on going to Portugal at the end of September. He enjoys running around the garden and his walks around the lake.

Thank you so much for making it possible to have him as part of our lives.

I never did send you pictures of our F1b labradoodle (born 18/12/12 to Martha & Charlie) I remember you saying you were not sure how her coat would turn out, as her brother was tight curls, and Maddie was just a woolly mess!

Well, we are forever being stopped by people asking what breed she is, and I have receommended you to many people, who have been to visit you and returned with a cockapoo! My estate is a Foxisle nursery, with a cockerpoo next door, and a beagle down the road !!!

We are delighted with Maddie, she is so playful and friendly, and a joy to have. We recently went on holiday and a couple looked after Maddie for use for 2 weeks, and when we returned, they did not want to give her back !!

She is a welcome addition to the family, and other than chewing a bit of post as it drops through the letter box, or chewing the door frame when teething... she is perfect. I have attached some pictures

Hi. A big thanks for letting us have Galaxy. We have had her for just over a week and she is settled in nicely with our other dogs.

She is very loving and has a beautiful temperament like the other dogs we have had from you. We are very pleased that we got an older dog instead of a puppy and we would recommend one of your older dogs to anyone, and we may well come back for another one in the very near future.

Keep up the good work

Hi Tina and Eddie

Just thought I'd send you an update on Buddy now he's nearly six months old. He's such a lovely puppy, so calm and clever, we've had a great time training him. Housetrained quickly and loves running around in the park with other dogs. Strangely, big dogs are his favourite, the bigger the better! Here's a couple of pictures to compare how he was the week we got him with yesterday after he was groomed! He's a gorgeous lad!

Hi

Please find attached photos of our puppy Harper who we got from yourselves on the 4th may 2014. She is absolutely amazing, such a funny character and very good with people and other dogs. We love her so much. We cant believe how fast she is growing, She is house trained (but few accidents on the odd occasion) but this didn't too take long at all. She has all her new front teeth and currently teething with the back teeth so just a little bit more biting to go.

We will send your more updates soon thanks again for such a fantastic puppy

Hello Eddie and Tina and all at Foxisle.

We have been having some scorching weather up here and its been hard to keep the dogs cool in the garden. So I've utilized their dog robes usually used on wet muddy dogs after a walk. If they are soaked in cold water they do keep the dogs much more comfortable and don't actually get them wet through. Our three look much happier when they wear them and just snooze the afternoon away!

Here is a photo of them all wearing their robes. As you might see Bonny is still a bit broad in the beam after her child baring years but she is getting her figure back and you should see her run up and down the river bank after she has been in for her swim. There is not much between her and Rufus now and he is FAST! Leo has nothing to do with this juvenile activity he just wants me to throw his ball into the water again....and again!

I hope all is well with you we think of you often and often talk about picking up our lovely dogs from the farm. With very best wishes.
Liz.

Please find attached some photos of 'Max' hope they come through OK, he's doing really well and we are delighted with him. He's a lovely dog with a wonderful temperament a little mischievous at times - a typical puppy but he's adapted really well into our home and he loves going for 'walks' and he loves running around the local fields near to us both on and off his lead!

Just a little update on Max. He is adorable! So funny definitely got his own personality. I am sending you some recent photos. I honestly think he could be in greyhound racing when he is off his lead (when there is no distractions) lol he runs so fast it's unbelievable but then comes back on whistle command yes I had to buy a whistle as I was losing my voice! It is a delight to wake up to him on a morning he has brightened up my life and goes everywhere with me definitely spoilt! So friendly with people and other dogs. Hello Eddie and Tina,

To say he is propelled by industrial strength Duracell batteries is an understatement! What a super little dog he is turning out to be though, he's four and a bit months old now but right from the early days there was nothing that would faze him as we traveled off piste though our woodland or along the sand dunes. He can find his way over, under or through anything, the problem is not letting him do too much as he is not fully grown yet. You said he would be easy to train and he is because he just loves to learn new stuff be it basic obedience, pre-agility or tricks. Everyone who meets him says what an attractive little dog he is, he certainly turns heads with his gorgeous auburn coat and perky way of going.

He's a sturdy boy with big feet so I'm hoping he stays under the 17 inches required for medium dogs in agility because he is certainly going to have huge potential in that field. With all good wishes to you down there in Lincolnshire please say Hi to Carol,

Hello Both,

It was great to have that chat today Tina and I very much hope to see you next week. I thought I'd send you the picture I took today just to show you the environment your pup will be coming to. Its 10.11.13 today yes November but such a beautiful day you would not believe. Blue sky, blue sea with the setting sun as a backdrop to the river behind us and nothing to be heard but the waves and the calls of the sea birds. When you come to our cottage in Sutherland as I very much hope you will do one day you too might get weather like this and you will certainly get the scenery!

See you soon,

Hi Eddie and Tina,

I wonder if you would like an update on Leo the Goldendoodle bred by you seven years ago. He continues to be the most versatile of dogs and my greatest companion [excluding my husband of course!] Today I got the dummies out and did some gun dog retrieve training, something he hasn't done for over a year. He didn't miss a beat and retrieved everything in the right order when sent, left, right, behind and from memory, what a great gun dog he would make. However dog agility is the sport most we enjoy and at which he excels, only handicapped on occasions by me, his handler whose timing is sometimes a bit out! I thought you might like to see some photos of my golden boy doing his stuff.

As you know I visited again recently to choose a cockapoo puppy hopefully to start agility and I'm hoping Leo will show him how to go about it when the pup is ready. It was lovely to see you again and thank you for your patience and guidance. With all good wishes Liz and Leggett Leo [his competition name.]

Hello, Thought you’d like a wee update on Benton – our gorgeous big boy who is now 18 months.

From day one he has been THE friendliest, happiest, fun filled dog I have ever known! He was so easy to train and learns so quickly. He has such a fun, loving nature. I’m always so proud when we meet other dogs on our walks as he is playful and friendly and just loves the water!! His coat is gorgeous and never sheds and he looks equally handsome with his short Summer coat. Every time we go out someone will comment on how gorgeous he is.

Benton has brought such joy to our lives and fits in with our slightly crazy household. We love him to bits. Thank you so much for breeding such wonderful dogs. I cannot recommend Foxisle highly enough. Well worth travelling South to find such a good breeder. If you are planning another litter could you please let me know. We’d love a ‘brother/sister’ for Benton.

Kind regards,

Just finally got around to sending you a photo of Sam the cockerpoo. She has become a huge part of our lives, and has a fantastic temperament. She is very quick to learn and a real character.

Hi Just wanted to let you know how fabulous Max my Cockerpoo bought from yourselves is.

He has made my life bearable as I recently lost my husband. We both collected Max from you and he is nearly six months old. He is a little treasure so clever and funny. The best thing of all he loves watching animals on the television he will sit there enthralled makes me laugh and the rest of the family too.

I cannot recommend your puppies enough they are very social and have amazing temperaments.

Keep up with the good work.
I will try and email some photos of him.

Hello it's been a while since we last saw you which was when we picked up our beautiful cockapoo Sandy on easter Sunday but we just wanted to send you a few photos of her and let you know how she's doing . She's nearly 6 months old now "how time flys when your having fun! " As you can see she is growing fast and is a wonderful addition to our family .

Mine and my sons asthma has been fine , I still can't believe I've stayed away from dogs all my life because of my allergies and Im absolutely fine with her like you said I would be . Shes on her 2nd set of puppy classes and doing really well she loves people and playing with other dogs and loves snuggles with us on the settee which I wasn't going to allow at first but because she doesn't lose any hairs at all I really don't mind . Shes not to sure about swimming in the water yet but she likes paddling in the sea and she loves having a shower . so thank you so much for our gorgeous puppy we love her to bits , best wishes to you all , love from the Dixon family x

Dear all,

Having collected Noodle from you back in May we thought it was time we let you know how she is getting on. She's a real character who gets on brilliantly with our other dog Sam, they're now inseparable. Noodle has such a pretty face and lovely temperament people fall in love with her wherever we take her and often our walks take much longer than anticipated as everyone wants to fuss her...which she laps up! We'd like to thank you for all your help and patience in choosing her, she really is perfect!

Best wishes,

Hi Eddie & Tina

Just thought to give you some update photos of my cheeky little chap (photo #3 is his latest). I named him Jonah.

He is doing so wonderfully well, growing & learning fast! We started our puppy classes last weekend and is going for his very first grooming this week.

Our favourite place to walk is Virginia Water, Jonah absolutely loves it as there are so many people and dogs to meet. It takes us forever to walk there as we are constantly stopped with people wanting to say hello and asking me questions about him, telling me what a beautiful dog he is and where did I get him etc.

Thank you so much for a confident & happy-go-lucky chap, we have so much fun together each day.

Hi,

Just thought I would update you on our little girl who's now amazing 6 months old. Daisy has retained her lemon and white markings and looks stunning, she was definitely right at the front when "cuteness" was being handed out, cars slow down and windows come down so people can have a closer look! Despite the attention she's very polite and will only approach people and dogs when they allow it.

At 6 months we'd have expected Daisy to be starting to behave like a grown up, however she is 'totally bonkers', why walk when you can run, jump and bounce (a bit like Tigger on Red Bull)!

She loves her footballs and will fetch most of the time, although being inundated with nice toys when she came home, her favourites are still what she can scavenge from the re-cycling bin! Cardboard 'poster' tubes are her favourite.

We cannot thank you enough for letting us buy her and would definitely recommend you to others.

Hello Eddie

Hope you are well?

We did our first dog show today! And I'm so proud of how well we got on! She's such a fantastic puppy!

  • 1st Place - Best crossbreed
  • 1st Place - Prettiest bitch
  • 2nd Place - Best puppy
  • We got into the championships but I didn't realise and we missed the class I'm gutted as the judge said she was the dog she wanted to pick! I'm kicking myself for missing it!!!!

Just a quick line to let you know my boy Rolo the Pugador is perfect in every way! He adores me just as much as I adore him and his temperament is superb. He is great around the cats , horse and hens and loves coming out in the car with me.

He is going to his first dog show onSaturday and we are hoping to come home with rosettes! Ralph the Puggle gets on really well with Rolo an they are going to be great friends, hopefully Rolo will be a good influence on him! Thanks for showing us all the pups and around the kennels. We were extremely impressed with everything we saw, all your dogs looked happy and well. I've attached a few pictures and will keep in touch to keep you updated on his progress.

Thanks so much, he's truly wonderful,

    Hi Eddie and Tina,

Just a quick email to say how thrilled we are with our miniature labradoodle pup from you. She was the cream bitch pup we collected on May 25th. (4 weeks ago!) I attach a pic of her now.

She is great, so friendly and funny, she has fitted into our lives so quickley and easily. She house trained very easily and already knows her name, sit, down and come. She travels in the car with ease (never car sick) and walks well on the lead, and ties up easily while I ride my horses (she seems to enjoy watching!) I attach a picture of her, we have called her "Meeka".

    Many thanks,

    Hi Eddie,

I thought I would send you an update on Herbie's progress now that i's 6 weeks since we collected him from you.

He has settled in really well with us at home, he's real character and the girls love him to bits. He has been out on some fantastic walks with us to places like the Yorkshire Sculpture Park and Longshaw Estate in the Peak District - I can just about wear him out still but he is growing up quickly and seems quite tall for a 3 month old cockapoo, so before long I imagine he'll be tiring me out.

We have joined Puppy Training classes on a Wednesday evening and are working towards the Kennel Club's Good Citizen award. We'll be taking him on his first holiday during the May half term - somewhere with miles and miles of beach so we're all looking forward to it.

Thank you for all your help and assistance, we're so pleased with our new addition to the family.

Hi Eddie, He really is a lovely pup with the sweetest of temperaments.

He had his 2nd inoculation on Saturday and a weigh in. He's a big boy at 3.9 kg! Back to the vet nurse for a check in 2 weeks, then a free monthly check. Thanks for all you help and advice.

    Hi Eddie & Tina
Just a quick mail to let you know how Teddy the Cockerpoo is getting along! Teddy is now 18 weeks old born 1/1/13 (mum Chip & dad Minstrel). He settled in straight away and didn't cry even on the first night! He really is very intelligent, show him something once and he doesn't forget. He has the most beautiful coat very soft and wavy and getting very long, just has you said he would and just what we wanted. He also has the most beautiful green eyes I have ever seen. He loves to play with his toys and go for walks but his favourite thing is to ride in the car, he sits looking out of the window and is as good as gold We can't thank you enough for all your help, the lovely visits and your sound advice.

Teddy is the love of our lives, his temperament is perfect and he loves everyone, we can't imagine life without him! I have attached some photo's because he's a real little poser!!!!
Keep doing what your doing Eddie, because your superb at it. We would recommend Foxisle Gundogs to anyone looking for a puppy.

    Hi Tina and Eddie

Time flies when you have a labradoodle pup!!

Thought we would send you a picture or two of the girl we don't know how we lived without!! Hasn't she grown? She is making good progress and as you assured us her temperament is fantastic. Struggling to keep up with her eating, and within six weeks she had outgrown the crate we bought for her!! She now has a basket in the utility and takes herself off to her own little space when she is fed up of us.

She sleeps through every night and is learning new tricks and good behaviour every day. Hope her brother is doing well too. Thanks for providing us with a "not so" little gem.

    Hi Eddie & Tina
Thought you would like to see how Darcy is getting on, she is six months old now and a beautiful girl, she is very strong and weighs in at 27kg and still growing, not bad for a six month puppy.

Darcy is the 3rd GSD we have had the pleasure of owning, she, along with our other dogs keeps us all active, we go to Clumber Park most days and she loves it, specially hunting for squirrels..

We are also in contact with the family of one of the other puppies from the same litter, they live across town and we are going to meet up for walks, small world don't you think.
    Hope you like the pictures.

    Hi Tina and Eddie

In October2011 we collected Gaia a cockapoo from you and we couldn't have wished for a better dog. I am a member of the Cockapoo Club of GB and have been looking for Gaia's siblings. Just by chance I was looking at your testimonials today and I see a entry from Poppy Halfpenny who shares a birthday and same parents as Gaia. Would it be possible for you to pass on my email details to Poppy's owners and any other owners from Minstral and Galaxy's litter born 1 August 2011 as it would be great to compare how our dogs are getting on.

In September last year Gaia took part in the first Cockapoo Games held at Woodland Waters, Grantham. Although she had only been able to participate in agility for a month she did really well, and I have attached a photo of her clearing the last jump. She also scored very high in the obedience section and the best trick. She really enjoys training and has achieved the bronze star level, she still surprises me by picking up new skills quickly. Her latest trick is to replace her ball into the ball thrower so she can fetch it again!

Many thanks for such a super dog.
    Regards

    Hi

Happy New Year to you all, hope you had a good Xmas.

Here at last are a few pictures of Bonnie and Skye - had problems with computer and have some photos to get developed yet (on a normal camera). Bonnie (Lab) and Skye (GS) are doing really well. They are growing into lovely dogs. Have settled well into the family and both have very good appetites, still on Royal Canin dog food.

Skye has overtaken Bonnie now height wise. They sleep together, eat together and play together. Love going out walking, are out 3 - 4 times a day, taken out when Neil gets in from work (early hours - Bonnie not to keen on this, likes her sleep). He takes them out again when he gets up and again before he goes to work. Margaret takes them out when she gets in from work (her sister and neice usually go with her, live just around the corner). Skye very rarely does anything when taken out, she tends to wait until gets back home and goes in the garden, Bonnie not bothered, she can do a poo in the garden and will then do another one after just passing 1 or 2 houses (our pockets always have nappy bags in them).

They go to bed anywhere between 9.00 and 10.00 pm (sometimes taking themselves off to bed) and are usually up around 7.00 - 7.30 am. Have had to extend the sleeping / pen in the conservatory for them, and a kennel / pen is well under way now so that Neil will be able to put them in there when he goes to work for an hour or two prior to Margaret getting home. They love to get out in the garden (which is a decent size for them to run around in) and chase each other with various toys.

They both sit on command. When out will come when shouted if no other dogs about, but when other dogs around will not, training continuing (Margaret does not let off lead when she takes out in case they do run off - she walks them to various places via footpaths etc), Neil takes them up onto a field and sometimes through the park when he takes them out) and on a weekend we are all out together.

They love to travel in the car, however Skye is sick occasionally - had to get some tablets for her when went to visit family in Telford and used a spray when visiting family in Nottingham; take them out in the car to visit Neil's mum and take with her dog (an Alsation) to fields nearby where she lives.

As you can see from the pictures they have plenty to keep them occupied in between the walking and sleeping. Skye watches TV at times and when other dogs come on she barks at them. Bonnie loves to be centre of attention, Skye not too fussed. Everyone loves them, especially when they go to the vets. They opened their Xmas presents and didn't go near the tree (thankfully), have a photo of them sat near the tree which has yet to be developed.

Did not know if could access your site to put straight onto it or not, so will let you put photos and the above writing on etc. It is lovely to be greeted by them when coming in and the affection they give. The photo where they are playing near the table in the lounge, Skye tries to get under there at times when Bonnie chases her (she is a little bit big now for this, but still tries). Whereever one sleeps the other has to be close by or lay next to. When sitting on the floor Bonnie will climb onto your knee and jump up and baiscally hug you (a paw at either side of your head - like a child wanting a cuddle). Our daughter (22 yrs) will get down on the floor with them and they use her as a climbing frame.

Will get some more pictures together and send on so you can see how they are doing / developing.

Hi to all at Foxisle Gundogs

We just can't believe where a year has gone. We brought Bruce from you back in February 2011. He has settled into family life very quickly and gets along great with our other labrador "Toby". We just wanted you all to see how much he has grown. He thinks he is a human as he loves a Latte coffee! occassionally! He can be quite adventerous on the second day we had him we thought we had lost him and he had managed to climb the stairs!

Bruce loves walking and has already mastered swimming, especially splashing through the deepest puddles and he is loving the snow at the moment. A huge thank you for all your help choosing such a wonderful dog. I have attached a few pictures of him.

    Hello Eddie and Tina

We collected Hobson from you (a mini Labradoodle) over Easter (2012). He's now 9 months old, and we thought we should send you some pics. (On the trampoline he is the one on the left. In the other photo, he is dreading the next day's haircut.) He's had 2 sessions with a dog trainer, and he is coming along well. So's Hobson.

A loveable, giddy addition to the family. He toilet trained quickly, and even rings a little bell when he wants to go outside! (We think he may be part French Poodle, as he sometimes struggles to understand us). We are contemplating buying him some rosette's for Christmas, like the clever dogs on your gallery. And maybe a silver cup.

    Dear Eddie,

    Hope you are well.

My boyfriend and I bought a Puagdor from you earlier this year and we wanted to send you an update on how he was getting on! ‘Hendrix' is settling into London life very well. He is a regular at the park in the morning and the evening and loves everything to do with chewing, fetching, sniffing and chasing.

We are so happy that we decided to go for him - he is a massive part of our lives now and we couldn't be more grateful! He is growing fast and we are still unsure of how big he is going to get! I have attached some photos for you to look at and maybe show others that will be interested in Pugadors in the future as the internet does not do them justice!!!

Thank you so much again and if we decide on another at any point we will be coming straight back to you.

Hi ,Daisey is a year old today and is still a fun loving cockapoo she settled in really well when we brought her home to meet the rest of the family . She is well loved and spoilt rotten. It has snowed today and we cannot get her out of it... she lovess it!!! She loves to play fetch & and gets taking out everywhere. She is very happy, still learning new things and also a very intelligant little puppy.

It was a very hard decision to make as there were a few puppies but ended up going with the smallest of the litter, not to mention she was the only one to wiggle her tail when she saw us :D ( so in a way i feel like she picked us)

I have enclosed a few photographs of her and more will follow soon...

    Hi Eddie

Thought you might like to know how Rossi, our standard cockerpoo is getting on now that we have had him for 12 months. In a word - fantastic.

He's turned out to be a very beautiful, big boy, about 20 inches to the shoulder with the most amazing and friendly character, exactly what we wanted. Rossi was very easy to house train and damaged absolutely nothing in the house - honest !! For a while we tried to keep his amazing coat quite long (pic 1) but as he spends a lot of time out in the fields, on the beach and in water we have found that we are all happier with it shorter.

Rossi has been easy to train and is very loyal and loving - he's layed at my feet now as I write this. He is very comfortable with adults, children, any other animals, even cats and rabbits even though we don't have any. I would say he has become the perfect family pet and would recommend Foxisle to anyone. - exactly what you said.

As you can tell we are delighted with Rossi and look forward to many more years of fun with him. Thanks Eddie for your help and advice when we picked Rossi

Just writing to let you know how Fergus, our beautiful blue roan cockerpoo, is getting along. Well, having had 2nd lot of vaccinations & having waited a further 2 long weeks, Fergus finally went for his first proper walk this morning. He has been walking around the garden on his lead already so he did really well, & managed to make a few friends along the way. House training is going extremely well - no accidents inside for almost three weeks now - & we've only had him four weeks! He sleeps brilliantly during the night having only kept us awake for the first two nights after we brought him home.

We are absolutely thrilled with him & cannot thank you enough for all the help & advice you gave us along the way. He has had many comments on his gorgeous colour & coat & we are so, so proud of him.

We have begun a little training - so far he can sit, lay down & stay on command, & on occasion will roll over too!

Would thoroughly recommend Foxisle to anyone looking for a pup. You certainly know your stuff!

    Hi Tina & Eddy

Just a quick email update how Dexter is progressing.....he is absolutely remarkable! Almost house trained and think we should have named him “Houdini” as he has now taught himself to climb out of his pen during the night, go to his puppy mat, do his business and then climb back in over his pen to get back in his bed rather than waking us up! We are having so much fun with him such as he can fetch a ball, knows his lunch and treat sounds, loves his paws cleaning with a fluffy towel and sits when he is told to......think he will soon be putting the washer on! Oh and he loves the front seat of the car for his short journeys to and from work!

Would you kindly confirm what the red and black writing defines on his papers please?

Anyway, take care and please find attached a few of Dexter's diary pictures! (He is definitely a Minstrel pup by the way he looks and sits!)

    Hi Tina and Eddie

I thought you might like this little update on Freddie (cockerpoo) who was born on 11 August 2008.

Although we bought Freddie as "just" a pet, he has excelled at training in agility and has now been competing for 19 months. Despite his miniature poodle dad, he measures 18" at the shoulder so competes over large jumps; he won into grade 4 last August, and has achieved his bronze agility warrant. He is a wonderful dog and we couldn't be more pleased. I've attached some pictures for you, and if you are interested there are some videos of him competing on You Tube at www.youtube.com/user/freddiedarceyjasper

    Hi Tina and Eddie,
I cannot believe the time has flown so quickly, it only seems like yesterday when i was collecting my little bundle of fluff from you. What can I say………. theses past 9 ½ months have been wonderful, there just are any words to describe the joy and unconditional love, Riley has brought to our family life. He has been a treasure from day one, and has only ever had 3 accidents in the house in total (all within the first week) and they were "Owner error". His temperament is second to none, and nothing fazes him. We feel very blessed to have found a breeder that knew exactly what they were doing, and who's knowledge of breeding was exceptional, a quality very hard to find in a breeder these days!

We cannot thank you enough for giving us everything we asked for, we will be forever in your debt .

Ive attached some photos of Riley as he's blossomed over the last 9 ½ months.

    Kind regards

    Hi Eddie and Tina,

Sorry for the delay! Six months old now is little Smudge and we were waiting to send these pics for you as she's had a professional photo shoot! Nothing but the best for this ball of fun.

Anyway, tiny update- Smudge is extremely well trained and is moving up the grades for gun dog training. She is very characterful, cheeky and a complete asset to the family. We constantly get stopped on walks with people wanting to stroke her and of course she is everyones friend!

We will try and pop down to see you in February with her but thought this may make you smile.

Happy Christmas and hope you have a peaceful New Year!

    Hello again

Bella has settled down really well - better than we had hoped. Her temperament is every bit as good as you suggested and she has very quickly established herself as a part our household. Already we cannot imagine life without her! She loves being in Sherwood Forest which gives her lots of opportunity to burn off her boundless energy - two or three mile walks are no problem. She gets lots of admiration - she is, indeed, a very pretty dog. She is also great with our grandchildren. I have attached some photographs for you.

To sum up, we are very pleased with our purchase.

    Regards

    Hi Eddie & Tina,

Since collecting our handsome cockapoo pup Ted up in July we couldn't be more overjoyed! As you can see his gorgeous coat is growing more and more unusual being a rare chocolate Roan and everyone LOVES him! We get stopped in the street everytime we go walking. He gets his beautiful eyes from his Dad Minstrel I think?! They are Hazel colour and stunning.

We cannot thank you enough for Introducing Ted into our lives... He is perfect!

    hi Eddie and Tina

It has been a long time since we spoke/met - but you may recall Dee and I bought two puggles from you. First Pie, and then Alfie (about 6 months later). About 5 years ago.

Ive just recommended you to yet another friend as they want a puggle - his name is Ross and im sure he will get in touch.

Im sure you have enough compliments but i thought id let you know that Pie and Alfie are in great form. Still as affectionate and playful as ever. Still amazing with children. And still very happy to go for 8 hour hikes in the mountains. Still great with other dogs. And still the largest characters in the room.

I hope you are both well.

    Hi Eddie and Tina,

We have been meaning to contact you for a long time, Stanley is very much part of the family now (he is 18mths), he is the best friend the boys could have and I would recommend a Cocckerpoo to anyone with a young family. He is lovable and loyal and was easy to house train although he still likes the odd sock or stinky trainer.

He is always ready for a play or walk and he loves to sit with the boys in his own computer chair playing on the x-box. We will call in some time when we are passing.

Hi Tina and Eddie, its the Wells's from Bolton.

Our little Tilly the Cockerpoo is almost 7months now and she is simply brilliant! She is so clever, she can sit, stay, come back, shake hands, ask to go outside and walk very well on and off her lead, we have even taught her to tidy her toys away! She is lucky enough to live on the edge of a reservoir, and takes us for a walk round it everyday! She has such a lovely temperament, and loves nothing more than making new friends. People stop us all the time to say how lovely she is.

I have attached a few photos from when she was a puppy, and some more recent ones! Hope you like them!

P.S. Tilly would love to be featured on your website!

Hi, We've been meaning to write to you for ages to let you know how our cockerpoo, Buddy, is doing. He is now just over 2 years old and is a lovely, good natured and friendly dog.

The children love him to bits, as do we. He is great company and we wouldn't be without him. He has become a member of the family. The children love teaching him new tricks and he picks them up really quickly! We have attached a couple of recent photographs of him so you can see how lovely he is.

    Hi,
We bought our cockapoo puppy Bella from you a couple of months ago (she was part of Galaxy's litter born on 16th December 2010) and thought we'd e-mail you to let you know how she's getting on. She's settled in great and is turning out to be quite a character! Bella's already well into the chewing stage and as she's getting bigger everyday we're having to move more things out of her reach.

She's absolutely gorgeous though and she's got into the habit of coming and waking me up in a morning which is so much better than an alarm clock. She can also jump up to me so she can give me cuddles in my wheelchair - which usually ends with her licking me to death (but I love it). Training's going well so far. She can already sit on command and we are trying to get her to lay down and stay at the moment too. Walking has been a bit of a struggle.

Often it felt like we had to drag her along (even treats wouldn't tempt her) as she would just stop and whine. But she seems to be getting better at it now and enjoying it, especially when there's more than 1 of us taking her.

When we have taken her on walks, we often get comments on how lovely Bella is and we are always happy to recommend Foxisle. We have seen a couple of other cockapoos in our area too who have also come from Foxisle. Here are some pictures of Bella - as you can see she has grown a lot!

Bella is adorable and we wouldn't change her for the world. Thank you for bringing her into our lives!
    Hope to keep in touch

    Hi
I am emailing to enclose some pictures of our beloved cockapoo Nala that we bought from yourselves a year ago. She was born on February 10th 2010 so we celebrated her 1st birthday last week - as you can see from the picture!

She really is a character and has brought much joy to our lives, she is constantly making us laugh with her funny ways! Along with this she is very loving, always following me round the house and wanting to be sat next to me at all times!

She is friendly with other dogs and children and has such a lovely, fun loving temperament. She is very intelligent and learnt how to go outside to the loo, sit, paw etc within a couple of weeks.

Thank you so much for her, we wouldn't hesitate in recommending yourselves, and highly recommend anyone getting a cockapoo! Infact, we hope to get another once we move house so we will be back to see you.

    Hi Tina and Eddie,

Here is Woody born Christmas Day 2009, on his birthday. He is a fabulous wee dog and a joy to own. You may remember we picked him up last Easter Sunday and have never regretted it. He is happy here in Scotland with his other cockerpoo chum and the 2 spinoni. He was happy to wear his bow tie for the occasion!! He also won a fun dog show earlier in the year (photo enclosed). The two cockerpoos have been greatly admired by so many people and we have been happy to give them your details.

    Hi all,

Just thought i'd send you some recent pics of our gorgeous Jug, Zak. He's an absolute star and couldn't imagine life without him. I can't thank you enough for the fantastic quality of breeding you provide. His temperament is beyond chilled and he's such a loving, happy dog that will sit on your knee all day if you let him! He follows me everywhere!!! That said as soon as you put his lead on he's a bundle of energy that will walk, run and play all day long! He's so placid with kids and full of playful energy with other dogs, the mix is just perfect!

He's 2 now and we had some professional family pics done which of course he got involved in!!

Hopefully (Dave permitting) we'll see you again sometime!!

Thanks again Charlotte, Dave, Dylan, Lydia and Zak :-)

Hi, It's Riley's first birthday this week - and just see how he's grown! He absolutely loves the beach and he has an innate ability to sniff out mud and water from great distance. He is a fabulous family pet - he's great with the children, he's very friendly and bouncy, and very good at getting his own way (it's those big puppy-dog eyes!).

Earlier this year he won first prize in the puppy class at the local RSPCA dog show. He's chewed his way through two pair of shoes and several doormats, but he's so much fun we love him to bits and would never be without him.

    Hi Tina & Eddie,

Just a quick email on Bert, he is growing up so quick we adore him so much, its like we have always had him. He settled in really well, we have had a few little accidents in the house, but other than that his training is excellent.

Whenever we go anywhere, we have to add on a few extra hours, as everybody stops you and says how pretty and what a lovely breed he is. Its also great when you here people trying to guess what breed he is (not many people get it right).

We went to our first Dog show in Compton near Winchester on Saturday, and decided to enter Bert into some of the Class's, as they allow puppies from 4 months.

The first Class was Best Dog Puppy - And yes Bert came 1ST.
The second Class was Best Cross Breed under 18" shoulder- And yes Bert came 1ST.
The third Class was The Best Dog the Judge would like to take home- (This was out of over 40 other dogs, bitch and puppies of all ages)- And yes Bert came 1ST.
We were like proud parents all over again, Bert was loving all the attention and all the girfts that he won, we didnt enter many more as Bert was getting tired, so we carried him around as he was sleeping(and snoring).

I hope you like the pictures, we have so many of him and also alot of people have of him to, as he is some what the talk of the village at the moment they all love him.

We have recommend you to everbody that asks where we bought Bert from as we couldnt of asked for a more perfect dog, to complete our family.

    We will keep in touch.

    Hi Tina and Eddie

I thought I would make time to share some photos of our lil Bradley. He is from Gypsies litter, born 27th December 2009. Bradley is absolutely gorgeous, he settled in so quickly and never cried once. He takes everything in his stride, he's just so care free and playful. Me and my partner love him to peices, it's as if he's our first child, haha. He already sits, gives a paw and gives a high five. We even take him on metros and trains for days out and he is good as gold. We couldn't imagine life without him now, thank you for our lil man!

Couldn't recommend your dog's higher, we'd love to get another actually.

Lots of love Jo and Thomas
    Yoda

    Dear all at Foxisle,

I just wanted to give you an update on our beautiful Jug Puppy 'Yoda', he was one of Dotty's first litter, he is now 16 months old and we can't imagine life without him! We are first time dog owners and can't believe we lived this long without a canine companion, he is the perfect mix of Pug and Jack russell, he is so happy running around with other dogs or chasing tennis balls and sticks but it is just as happy giving us cuddles on the sofa.

He is suprisingly clever, he has passed his next steps training course and is starting a tricks and fun course soon, everyone at dog class loves him and he is somewhat of a local celebrity at the parks in our area. He loves nothing more that licking us to death and basking in the sun but he does love to steal socks from the washing machine when we're not looking!

Thank you all so much for our lovely little boy and maybe one day we'll be back for a companion for him (If Mikey lets me!)

Sarah, Mikey and Yoda of course! (Sheffield)

    Hi Eddie and Tina,

Hope you're well. We spent last week with Blossom on holiday in Devon. She is such a comical puppy with such a lovely nature, she can't get enough cuddles. We took her to the beach on a boat and she wasn't worried about going in the sea or falling in a big hole she made in the sand. Everyone stops to admire her and my parents are thrilled to bits with her. Here are a few pictures from the trip.

We can't wait to come and collect our puppy in 2 weeks, as a family we are very big fans of puggles and would recommend them to anyone.

    See you soon.

Hi Tina and Eddie, its been a while since i last updated you on Ripley. He is smashing. Such a lovely little dog! I am absolutely over the moon because my mums 3 dogs have finally warmed to him and have grew to ignore him rather than look at him as an intruder! ha. He's 5 months old now, it has flew right over! Found little teeth dotted around the house, bless.

He's been an angel whilst teething though, so far the furniture has been lucky, and his toys have been the ones taking the battering!! ha. Yesterday Ripley and Harvey (pauls mum & dads cockerpoo, which they got from you guys) met for the 1st time! They absolutely love each other, they were playing all afternoon knackering each other out!! So funny together. Ripley is quite a bit heavier than Harvey, but he still stood his ground and didn't let Ripley boss him about! I think they are going to be the best of friends. Hope the photos i send turn out ok.

Thanks again for our little man

    barney
We came over on Saturday 17th April and bought Barney our beautiful cocker spaniel, and just wanted to write and thank you for your help in choosing our new best friend. He's settled in very well, though we have had a few tearful nights, but yesterday Thursday evening he seemed to be much more settled and he hasn't missed a meal yet and seems to be growing bigger every hour.

After visiting a few breeders we were very impressed by the set up and facilities you have and the obviously love you share with your dogs. Barney enjoys our garden and just as soon as we can get him his second injection we can't wait to start showing him the wider world, everyone he's met so far has been falling in love with him, he's already a pin up with the girls at my office.

We will certainly visit you just as soon as he's able to go out and we'll forward some pictures as he grows up, can't think what we did before he arrived, life is much more fun now! Once again thank you and your staff, any one think of buying a Cocker Spaniel or any of your breeds, should make a B line to your door, they won't be disappointed.

    Best wishes

    Dear Eddie & Tina

We have attached some recent pictures of our cockapoo, Maisie, who was one of Sweetie's litter. As you can see she is gorgeous and has settled into our family really well. She only cried for a short while on the first night and we have not heard a sound from her at night since then.

The toilet training went really well and we only had a few little accidents. She can now go out for walks and everyone we meet falls in love with her and ask all about her - she loves all the fuss. She loves to play with the children and just licks them to death! We would like to thank you for such a gorgeous little girl!

    Billy
    Dear Eddie and Tina,

We just want to say thank you again for our wonderful Cockerpoo. His name is Billy, which really suits him. He was born on June 27th, 2009, and is one of Sweetie's pups. He has just turned 8 months old. We have attached a photograph although he has grown quite a bit since it was taken!

Billy is an absolute joy and we love him so much. He is clever and funny, loving and cuddly and a delight to have around. He has brought such love and life with him.

I am writing a book at the moment and he's such a great writing companion. He lies beside me, asking for a tummy tickle every now and then, and when it's time for a break, decided by him sometimes, off we go to the local park. He's a procrastinator's dream because he's always ready to play! On the other hand, when I really have to get stuck in and concentrate on the book, he thinks ‘fair cop' and has a little snooze.

Everyone loves him and he loves everyone! He is such a star that we think he should be a dad one day. And we would love to keep one of his pups! My husband was not keen on the idea of getting a dog but he has fallen for Billy completely. He really could charm the birds from the trees!

Thank you again for all your help.

    Warmest wishes,
    Caroline and Simon, Twickenham.

    Mini and Cooper
    Hi everyone,

Just thought we would send you a photo of Cooper (now 17 weeks old). She has been a fantastic addition to our family, and is a perfect playmate for our 2 year old doodle Mini. Mini and Cooper became the best of friends immediately. Wherever one doodle is, the other one is sure to be close by.

Cooper would eat until she popped if we let her, so Mini has had to learn to eat her own food fairly quickly, before Cooper barges her out of the way so that she can get at it herself. Walking the girls is an absolute joy, Cooper loves being off the lead and free to roam around the woods.

Cooper has settled into family life easily, its already hard to remember a time when she wasn't with us. She is a gorgeous, lovable doodle.

From all of us - a BIG thank you.

    The Sayers family.
    Christmas Dodger
'Dodger' is settling in fine and is a source of great happiness. Thanks for my lovely doodle. Picture attached. I can send more if you wish for your website? Have a lovely Christmas.

    Dexter
    Hi Eddie & Tina

attached are photo of Foxisle Dexter Bovverboy!

Brian has a delightful character but is a true beagle - very wilful!! He is more than double the size when we picked him up at the beginning of October. He still has lots of loose skin to grow into but still has his strong legs and well set shoulders. He's going to be a big boy.

He has settled in very well and is very confident in his new surroundings and with his new playmates, although I think they are missing the peace and quiet they enjoyed before. His voice is beginnig to break and is quickly losing his puppy yap, replacing it with a nice deep bay. I've missed that!!

Toilet training has been fun and just as we think we have cracked it he looks at you sideways (and I'll swear he smiles) and then leaves you a little gift, wherever he feels like. He does know it wrong though and disappears very quickly.

He has an excellent appetite but is not greedy. Once he discovered the joy of a good walk there has been no turning back and is discovering the delights of investigating in the local woods. I'm very wary of when his nose goes down and tail goes up. Training is progressing well with sit to command and stay works until he gets bored or sees something more interesting. he returns to his name but return on a whistle is still a work in progress.

Dill has been a very good carer for Brian and takes a lot of hassle from him without complaining. He chaperones him constantly when walking off lead.

Brian's pet hate.... putting a collar on but happy once it's there

favourite things............ to climb on your knee for a cuddle even though he's not a little pup now and usually falls off.

We love having him around and thank you for the opportunity to have him as part of our family.

    Hi Eddie, Tina & Carol

We are just writing to you to say thank you for giving us our beautiful little beagle girl Lucy. She is now 6 months old and has grown so much since we got her. She has just passed her GCDS puppy foundation course and is moving onto the bronze award soon, the dog training acadamy cant believe how well she has done. We have also taken her to a few ringcraft classes, and won a few prizes.

She is extremely well socialised with other animals and people and tries to play with our cat (Jinxie) all the time. She has a mind of her own and loves howling but we wouldnt have her any other way, we love our little beagle girl Lucy! We take her everywhere with us, but we think she likes the seaside best as she loves water so much. (She has even tried getting in the shower)

Thank you so much, she has been an amazing addition to our family. We might be back very soon to get a little sister or brother for Lucy!!!

    Hi Tina & Eddie,

Sorry we have been a while in sending you the attached photo's - you know how busy life gets with a new addition in the family!!

Anyway, we are having a great time with her. She is such a lovely dog - everyone we meet, and I mean everyone, thinks she is wonderful!! In fact, we have to leave the house earlier to get to places as we get stopped all the time!!

Roxy is 12 weeks old tomorrow and we have almost got there with the toilet thing!!! Its coming. She has been sleeping in her crate for the last 4 weeks and really likes it in there - no problems with crying or coming down to little puddles!! She's just a fab little pup and even though she has only been with us for 4 weeks we all love her to bits and couldn't imagine life without her.

We'd all just like to thank you for your help in choosing Roxy - we are all turning into proper doggy bores!!!

Thanks again - we keep reading your web-page so please keep it up - its great to read all the other testimonials.

Our little Oscar well not so little now) has just come 2nd in a puppy dog competition today . He is an extremely handsome beagle as you will seen from the previous e-mailed pictures. He is doing very well, a lovely nature and a really happy dog who constantly wags his tail.

Life is quite hectic with him but we are delighted with his temprement and stature. Regards to you both,

    Hello Eddie & Tina

I am sorry it has taken so long to get in touch, but at long last I have attached a few photos of our Jug puppy Freddy.

He has settled in very well and is a huge part of our family now, he is loved and admired by everyone. His first baby tooth has fallen out today.! He enjoys playing in our garden and fetching his toys, he also loves to bury his chew bones in our garden. He is very playful and is full of mischief!

A huge thank you to you both for our wonderful puppy, he is adorable and gorgeous! We might be back for a wee companion for Freddy real soon!

    Thanks again

    Dear Tina and Eddie

Just a quick note to let you know how Fudge is getting along, one of Merry's puppies born in December. He is full of fun and loves meeting new friends, dogs and humans, more people in the village know his name than ours! He enjoys his training classes and picks it up quickly.

Lots of people stop us and ask what breed he is. We would definitely recommend a cockapoo for families with younger children as he has such a lovely nature.

    Regards
    Carol, Mick and Yasmin
This is Rosa, our Cockapoo, she was born 15th December 2008 ( Gypsys litter), she is now 4 months old.

We have never owned a dog before and were a little anxious initially. However, there really was'nt any need to worry. She has been delightful from the moment we collected her!

The very first night she went into her crate and we didnt hear a peep from her until the following morning. Within 2 weeks she was house trained and had learned a few simple tricks, she is obviously an intelligent pup. She is also very sociable, she loves to be around people of all different ages, as well as other dogs.

She has brought such joy to our lives, we simply couldnt imagine life without her now. We would highly recommend Foxisle. All of your pups appear happy and healthy and the support and friendly service you provide is second to none.

    With kind regards,

Michaela and Martin and of course Rosa

    Hi,

We were recommended you by a friend and came to look at your older retired dogs in September 08. We were so pleased with one in particular that we took her home! Katie was a retired 5 year old chocolate lab. She fitted right in and although quiet at first she soon became one of the family. She is absolutely gorgeous and her coat has improved. Everyone who meets her comments on how beautiful she is. She is great with new people and kids but does bark at men with grey hair at first.

We could not be more thrilled with her. We were always put off in the past as we considered dogs to be a burden however now we wish we had owned a dog when the kids were growing up. Thanks for providing us with a fab new addition to the Marsden family.

    All the best,

    The Marsdens

    Hi there,

Just wanted to let you know that we are getting along well with our little cockerpoo boy we had from you on valentines day. Spoke to Carol during the first week we had him as I was feeling a bit of panic set in!! He is a lovely boy and has grown quite a bit!

    We have called him Charlie.

Charlie loves everyone and is very friendly. From the first night we had him, he went in his crate at 10:30 pm and we didn't hear a sound from him until we got up to him at 7am. We had to take him out for the loo every 25 min during the day !! but just over 3 weeks of persevering and he is fairly well trained. Very nippy at the moment but that's to be expected. so lot's of chew toys around.

He loves digging in mud in the garden !! Charlie loves fresh meat for dinner ! and treats of course.

We will have had him for 5 weeks this Sat and we wouldn't be without him. Just wanted to let you know and send you an updated picture.

    Thanks again,

Joanne, Trevor, Jacob & Madison Rumney

    Hi Eddie & Tina,

Thought you would like to see how Ruudy's getting on. Hope you like the pics !!!

He is 12 weeks old on (26/02/09) but he has made unbelievable progress. After 3 days of being at home he would sit at the back door when he needed the toilet every time and sit and wait for his treat afterwards. He is sooo clever.

He is crate trained and loves his den, the 1st 2 nights he howled a little bit but now sleeps right through and often climbs into his crate by himself through the day.

He has now been allowed out for a week and has been walked everyday although only for 20 Min's or so. He is already off the lead and returns when we call his name no problem. He is great with other dogs & kids and is always happy to meet new people.

We really have been blown away how willing he is to learn and please us. Although he does have a tendency to nip, but we forget he is only 3 months old as he has come so far.

He has been such a joy to us, we cant thank you enough and have already recommended you to friends & family.

    Take care Alan & Lucy-jo

Eddie & Tina, We thought it was about time we let you know how Alfie is getting on. He is one of Jet's puppies born in August 08. He is nearly 7 Months old now and is the most fantastic little dog anyone could ever wish for. He is so lovable and loves to be around people and other animals including our two cats.

He has grown really quickly but is still as cute as ever. He is an intelligent little dog which has helped with house training and socialising but his Mom (Jet) should probably take most of the credit here. It is good to know that there are still a few good breeders out there and have and will continue to recommend you to friends and family. He is our first Cockapoo and would certainly recommend this breed to anyone who wants a well rounded family dog.

He has been easy to train and has the most beautiful coat which so far doesn't appear to shed. Considering the length of his hair he is really easy to groom. He loves his walks and enjoys swimming and he is looking forward to his first holiday where he can run on the beach and swim in the sea. We have also attached a few photo's of Alfie.

Thanks for everything and especially for making us feel really welcome on all our visits to you.

    Dear Eddie

It was very nice to speak to you today and hopefully our friend Kate Brown will be in touch with you shortly about buying a puggle, she only met our two last week and completely fell in love with them.

I attach a photograph of coco and casper sat with me on Christmas day, as you can probably see they are very adored and very spoilt.

They have very different personalities, Casper is much the more timid of the two and really only cares about his food and being cuddled, Coco is much feistier, very intelligent and an independent spirit, she adores water and jumps into any lake or river at the earliest opportunity whilst he just paddles at the edge, regardless we love them both equally and cannot believe the pleasure they have bought to our lives.

Since having coco and capser in June 2007 we have met several puggles but none quite like our own, they really are very special, I am so glad I saw the photographs of their elder brother on the front page of Country Life and wouldn't hesitate to recommend you.

    With Kind Regards

    Hi Tina and Eddie

Happy New ! hope you are both well.

Thought I'd just drop you a line and a couple of pics, to let you know how our little Puggle pup is getting along. We finally settled on "Poppy" as her name, as it was remembrance weekend when we came up to see you.

Poppy has been fantastic and has settled in really well, she was toilet trained in the first week and our Vet made the comment that; " Your breeder certainly knows what they are doing" which I thought you'd like to hear.

She is now out on the lead and the only draw back is that we are stopped every few yards with people admiring our little pup. As you thought she has turned a beautiful smoky brown colour, which I hope you can see in the photos.

We are both totally obsessed with poppy and we have both turned into complete Dog bores who will happily spend hours talking to friends and anyone who will listen, showing them the latest photos on our telephones.

Thank you once again, and we are certainly recommending Foxisle to anyone.

    Kindest Regards
David & Natasha ( and Poppy of course )

Hi Tina and Eddie! Nelly (born 22.2.2008) sends greetings from Finland. During the summer there was a lot of swimming, running in the woods and studying hard in dog school. The winter came early this fall and she's crazy abouyt snow.

Nelly has grown into a big girl; she's 25 kg and 57 cm high. She's very playfull and gets well along with kids. We built a fence to our back yard where she likes to spend time. She's a real outdoor fan.

She's kept us in good shape by our long walks in the nearby woods. We haven't had any allergy problems with our adorable f1b labradoodle.

Thank's again for a splendid dog. We wish you a happy New Year!

Hi Tina and Eddie and everyone at foxisle.

Just thought i would send you a picture of our cockapoo woody. We got him from you in July (one of gypsy's litter born 25th april )He is now six months old and as you can see he is absolutely gorgeous. Here he is sitting in his favourite spot, on the sofa. He is a lovely dog and we get comments about him all the time. My husband can't believe how many people stop us in the street and ask us about him and where we got him from. We are always sure to tell them about you all at Foxisle .

Woody loves everyone , people and other dogs. He is a pleasure to have in the house. The children adore him. His personality is great . He can be really playful one minute yet so calm and peaceful the next. We love having him and a great big thankyou to you all for such a wonderful little dog. (well not so little anymore).

    Thankyou

    Hi Eddie and Tina,

I enclose some shots of Leo in his latest guise of show dog! We attended The Scottish Doodle show down in Dundee at the weekend. It's a show for Doodles of all types shapes and sizes. There were about 250 dogs there.

Classes ranged from best dog/bitch through obedience to best trick and other fun classes. First of all he won best dog then he was first in obedience And then my favorite he won the best Trick class for the second year running! He performed like a professional in all his classes even though I've never taught him how to show, he just did what I asked every time.

At the end of the day all winners were called into the ring to be judged for best in Show. Eddie he showed his heart out and he won best in show!! I was in tears I was so proud of him. David has taken some pictures of him with his trophies so I thought you would like to see him and them.

I was asked several times where I got him so you may get some enquiries! With best wishes from Liz and Best in Show Dog Leo.

    Hi Eddie and Tina,

We are just emailing you to let you know how Oscar the Cockapoo (from Geri's litter born on the 7th May) is getting on. He is now 22 weeks old, he has fitted in perfectly with the whole family and everyone adores him. He loves everyone he meets and is very sociable and wants to say hello to them all.

Oscar is also very intelligent, he has learnt a number of tricks including roll over which he mastered after about 30 minutes. He is also a very affectionate puppy who loves his cuddles and being fussed over.

We can't thank you enough for such a wonderful puppy and all the advice you have given us.

I Have attatched a couple of recent photos of him.

    Thank you again!

    Hi Eddie,

I just wanted to thank you for a wonderfully puppy that me and my daughter got from you the other week, we called her poppi, she is a joy to have. We have only had a few accidents with her not getting out side fast enough but that was our fault not her's.

Poppi as settled in very well she loves the ferrets she sits yapping at there cage till they come to say hi, they have not met face to face yet only through the wire mess of the cage.

Thanks again for such a wonderful puppy.

    Kind Regards

Dear Tina/Eddie.. and all your staff

Sorry it has taken me so long to send this email. I just wanted to send you a huge thank you for my lovely Henri (Beagle). He is a little star. I have only had him for a week but he has settled in beautifully with the 2 Westie pups (Poppy and Teddy)and is having great fun.not to mention causing quite a stir everywhere I take him as he is such a little stunner and so soft and gentle.

I have waited so long for little Henri and have been disappointed by other breeders, I cannot thank you and all your staff for their help and support. He travelled so well back down to Bramhall and despite being advised to go to another junction to avoid a crash I saw coming off the M18/M180, hit 2 other crashes on the way back, so the trip was nearly 4 hours.

Day 3, I took Henri and the Westie's to the Caravan at Whitby (so this was just under 2 hours) and he was a little star again. I managed to put the play pen out on the private beach for a couple of hours - which was lovely to watch them discover what sand was. Be reassured that the tide had just gone out to clean the sand and dug out the area where I put the pen, so they were not subjected to any other dogs ( we are the only ones who have dogs there anyway and access is only through the caravan site!)

Henri has been given a clean bill of health after his first injections and am looking forward to taking him to our local park, still another 3 weeks yet - as there is another Beagle (Jack) who is 6 months old (no where near as handsome as Henri).

I haven't managed to get a digital camera yet, but we are all off back to the caravan next Friday for 5 days, so will forward some pictures to you all then.

Several people who have seen him have already commented on the fact that we should show him.. I will stick to just getting him trained at the moment, although he knows his name and comes when called - although he seems to object to doing his business outside, and to not wanting to get up at 5.30 every morning (when I am not working nights!!!) - He loves a cuddle on the bed with the others after going out in the morning.

But I just wanted to say a huge thank you and will email you pictures hopefully next week when we go back to the caravan, and when he goes out for the first time, and I will of course keep in touch and let you know how he is getting on.

Kindest Regards and with many thanks Sally (and Henri)
    Hi Eddie and Tina

Its been a while since we last emailed you and we thought you might be interested in hearing how Louis is getting on?

Louis is now a very proud (and spoilt) Beagle at the grand age of 2 and enjoying life very much thank you! A real charmer and still a real monkey when he wants. His character really has bloomed and he is such a loving dog to both human and canine companions. Giving a new lease of life to his uncle Beau, a 9 yr old Dally who are real partners in crime (one keeps look out whilst the other raids the kitchen)!

Louis is a pretty obedient beagle and our worries that we would never be able to let him off his lead for walkies were vanquished from day one as we heeded your advice about training him through his stomach, however he likes to be a bit in front on a walk in case he sniffs something worth showing us. He loves to be out and about and is a real nosey parker, having to see what every one else is up to in case he misses out, sometimes just sitting at looking out of the window on a rainy day watching for hours, occasionally howling at passers by to let them know he is there.

Our biggest relief is that Louis loves to travel, he will go anywhere and everywhere with us happily sitting for miles and miles in his den in the boot, although more recently prefers to sit in the adults seats so he can navigate! His holidays to France have been twice a year and he thinks that France is great as there are loads more smelly things there to sniff. He also made his first flight in a plane with me, not in the hold mind you, in the cabin in his own private jet, even visiting me in the flight deck. Louis seemed fascinated by the whole experience and stared out of the window the whole time. We cant help wonder what he was thinking?

Louis is not the best behaved Beagle in the world nor is he a show winner, but he brings us tremendous joy and only asks us for love and the occasional belly rub in return for being a great addition to our family. Our continued thanks for our fury friend and great to see you doing so well.

Our very best regards and we hope to visit one day soon.

    Alastair, Victoria & Louis

    Dear Tina,
I just wanted to thank you for the lovely black boy labradoodle puppy you had picked out for me (from Foxy's litter) and that I collected from you on Saturday morning. He is exactly what I asked you for, a scruffy laidback labradoodle. He is going to fit in with us all perfectly. We all love him already.

Thank you so much. It was great to finally meet you.

    Anna Kendall.

    Hi,
Just a quick note to tell you that Gem is doing very well and settled down here with Pepper and us (a couple of recent photos attached). We've had her spayed, she's now fully recovered and is enjoying her regular walks in the woods and on the beach. This weekend we're off to the lakes for a spot of camping.

Thank you again for such a lovely pair of dogs - we wouldn't be without them now.

    Malcolm & Ann

    Hi Tina and Eddie,
sorry we have not sent photos earlier of our gorgeous big boy Charlie ( Goldendoodle ) that we got from you last year May/June. He is wonderful and we are so proud of him, he is excellent with children of any age, people and other dogs. Every time we take him for a walk we always get stopped by people.

We have just had him neutered as the vet said it would stop any problems in his later life , we waited until he was nearly one so as not to effect him .Its his birthday next week end and will send upto date pics of him. in the meantime have enclosed photos from last sept 07 sat in his favourite spot ( our patio table)

He still gets travel sick in the car though, even on short journeys, so we go prepared take care

love Linda, Roy and family x

As promised I attach a couple of photos of Bobby so you can see how he is growing. We are all so pleased to have him, he is exactly what you would want in a family dog. he is boisterous and fun with my 5 year old boy and kind and gentle with my 2 year old little girl. He has been with us for only a few weeks and is still only a baby but he already sits on command (even when Maisie asks him) and he gives his paw. We have chickens and cats and he behaves impeccably with them.

He is a credit to your breeding and I would certainly recommend you to anyone thinking of buying a dog. In addition to the fact that he has a lovely nature he is also shaping up to be a very handsome dog.

In conclusion we are delighted, thank you so much!

I will try to send some more photos as he grows.

    Hi Eddie and Tina

'Duster' is doing fine. She is definitely one of the gang now!! Have attached a couple of pics, as you can see she's growing and growing!! We have a min poodle staying with us this week and she's delighted to have someone her size to rough & tumble with!

    Hi Eddie and Tina,

I'm typing again so as promised here are a couple of pictures of Leo doing what he loves to do, swim! I've also sent a picture of him a little dryer in another email. You can see on that one just how big he has grown. He's now 26inches at the shoulder. He really is a credit to you as you gave him such a good start in life.

We began dog agility in earnest after Christmas and he is excelling as I thought he would. We were also going tracking until I broke my arm but should be back to that soon. He is an absolute natural at that and drags me along in a very confident manner. David has begun to take him to work in the hills in the Scottish highlands. He is a great companion and a really good boy always doing as asked. The only problem is that he comes home with a coat full of heather, bugs and other detritus

Leo still draws allot of attention for both his looks and his Behaviour which is mostly first class. He never knowingly does wrong although owing to a hare getting up just where I had thrown a ball for him he has given chase on a couple of occasions since when I've not seen the hare before him. I've not tried to stop him as I don't want to teach him to ignore me. Rather I wait till he looks back and then I shout `come' something he always does so far but I wish I knew how I could let him know I'd rather he didn't give chase in the first place! We've been to the pet shop and he's happy to lie beside the rabbits so to my mind it's the movement that attracts him not the smell!

I hope all is well with you and that the awful floods down south did not affect you.

With very best wishes to all at foxisle gundogs

    Dear all at Foxisle Gundogs

Please find attached a photograph of one very happy dog in the mountains in the Haute Provence, France. She was a puppy from the litter born 10/08/2007.

I can not thank you enough, she has turned out to be the best dog I have every had, so sweet natured and easy to train but hardy enough to enjoy mountain life. Everyone adores her and I am often stopped when out shopping to find out her breed.Cockapoo difficult to translate into French!!!!! The local vet was up treating a horse and was absolutely besotted by her.

We love her to bits so would never part with her so don't be surprised if you get a French enquiry for a puppy just like "The Anglaise" in the next few months.

Thank you again for breeding such a wonderful dog

My Name is Lucy Norton from Sheffield. We bought BARNEY from Tina and Eddie and they were very good with us. Barney is a very good dog and is very friendly with other children and our pet cat Belle.

We saw Barneys mum and dad and all his brothers and sisters in the kennels. My dad picked Barney because he waved his paw at him.

I just wanted to say thank you for Holly – our little blonde labradoodle! She is very well behaved and enjoying being centre of attention.

I would recommend you to any-one buying a puppy and we may even think about getting another puppy next year as a friend for Holly. Thank you very much - and keep up the good work you do with all of your dogs

    LEO

    Hi Eddie and everyone,
Attached is a photo of Leo last week.  He’s growing and changing all the time so I’ll be sending more photos as we go along now I have your email address.  He’s an absolute star.  He’s outgoing without being over the top and he’s very easy to train.  I think they would make good gundogs Eddie.

He even got used to the noise from the fireworks in a very short space of time.  [We could hear them clearly from our garden].  Everyone who meets him falls in love with him.  He’s down at the beach with my partner just now.  David isn’t home allot but when he is they are very happy to go off and do things together.  David is looking forward to the time when he can take him out on the Scottish hills for the day.  He will be a big boy the vet says.  Prob about 5 stone when mature.

I hope all is going well with you all

    With best wishes
    Liz and Leo

    LOUIS

    Hi Eddie and Tina

Happy New year 2007. I hope you are all getting on well. Victoria and I just wanted to say hi and let you know how we are getting on with our 9 month old Beagle, Louis. He was one of the litter from Chester and Blaze back in April and he is an absolute little corker!

As promised (thanks Eddie), he has more energy than he knows what to do with, but has certainly settled into family life well and charms every one he meets with longing eyes only to go and show himself up by parading round with a shoe or worse!

I havent managed to get him flying yet (and become Biggles Beagle, perhaps the first Foxisle dog to be an aviator? Please let us know). but now he will sit still for more than 5 seconds he can start his flying career. He did make a good impression at Birmingham airport on one of his visits and was offered a job sniffing for contraband, but he turned it down as we thought he probably would eat any evidence he sniffed out!

We are really pleased you have a website now as we are forever passing out your details to prospective dog owners, it looks really great.

Louis has his Pet Passport now and is off for his holls to the Dordogne in France in the summer and he is very excited (we think as he chews the suitcase a lot)! We would to come for a visit to show you how he is getting on if you can stand another Beagle for an hour or two.

Best wishes and thanks again for our Fab Foxisle Fella.

    Alastair, Victoria & Louis Banton

    FOXISLE LADY GRACIE

We have been meaning to get in touch for a very long time now, but unfortunately just haven't got around to it.

We were extremely fortunate to have Foxisle Lady Gracie from you back in March 2005 and she is a truly lovely lovely dog. I think Jayne and I both knew that having a dog would change our lives but I don't believe either of us realised just how much and just how much we'd love her.

She has been an absolute angel since the minute we picked her up, the 2Hr journey home she was perfect, she didn't cry at all the 1st night we put her to bed and she's been no trouble since, no furniture has been chewed, no carpets damaged, we're both still amazed at how calm and placid she is.

In fact sometimes we wish she'd be a little more animated, but in the house she is calmness personified but that changes when she's out, she's a right social butterfly.

I've attached a couple of photos for you to see how she's developed, she really is a beautiful dog and if you plan on having anymore from the same parents we would seriously consider taking another one.

Have you had any contact back about any other of the puppies in the litter? How have they been or did we just get lucky. We both feel that the exercise regime Gracie has had has made her the dog she is with atleast one 4mile walk around Chasewater on a daily basis and on the rate occasions she's gone to the vets they have always commented on her condition.

Thanks for giving us the opportunity to have our little Gracie, although she's not so little these days..

    Regards

Hi Tina and Eddie, we hope all is well with the both of you, we'd just like to say thanks again for giving us such a lovely dog, she's 5 months old next week and doing very well, although a bit naughty at times!

We've attached some photo's for you. We'll keep you updated on her progress, she's been walking with me(Marco) off the lead for the last 6 weeks and as of yet i haven't had trouble with her wandering off, she's surpirised all of us!

She attracts so much attention, we've given your number out to lots of people that stop us in the street. We saw the country life edition with the Puggle on the front, I'm sure that'll bring you lots more requests.

My friend Panos, who bought the Black Lab from you is very happy also. Take care and many thanks,

    Marco, Emma & Polly

    CASSIE

Hi! I promised to send you on a photo of Cassie, our wonderful Golden Doodle that we bought from you last October, daughter of Rolo. She is now 9 months and we are thrilled with her.

Fabulous temperament and doesn't shed, we find tufts of hair/wool sometimes but not hair all over the place as you would expect with a retriever. She is a happy and loving dog, wonderful with the children, incredibly patient and easily trained. Although she is quite a large dog, she is so manageable that it really isn't an issue. She loves the trampoline too!!!!!

    We love her to bits!

    Take care,

    Donna

    Hello Eddie and Tina,

I just thought I would send you a few snaps of Rosie, the little orange roan cocker that picked me for a mum back in December 2006! She is a wonderful little dog, so affectionate, happy and well behaved.

We have to allow lots of time for 'walkies', as everyone we meet wants to fuss Rosie, she is such an adorable character! Rosie has a great sense of humour, and she makes me laugh so much (even when I should be telling her off!!).

I would just like to say thank you for such a brilliant little companion, I couldn't have wished for better!!!

    Best wishes,
    June Butterworth

Hi this is kirsty mcgibbon who bought one of the puggles out of mollys litter (Abbey).

Abbey has settled into her new home very well she loves playing, especially with our youngest lab millie. Abbey has had all her vet checks and all the vets are pleased with her.

The hernia does not worry the vets at all but they will sort it out once she is a little older. Abbey also atends a puppy class on mondays where she met a puppy that also came from you, Joe the minature chocolate labradoodle (very cute).

There are always people stopping me when out a walk to ask what breed she is or to comment on how cute she is.

Thank you for bringing Abbey and i together. Attached there should be a few pictures of Abbey and her new sisters millie and kira.

    Thanks again.
    kirsty

Hi Tina / Eddie. She is just coming up to 14 months old and is a fantastic dog. She has got an excellent temperament and enjoys doing absolutely everything (even going to the vets).

She is very much part of the family and we couldn't imagine not having her around. Where ever we go people always ask what breed she is and where she came from. We have recommended you to several people. Thank you for giving us a big ray of sunshine.

    The Quartermaine

I'm not sure if you will remember us? We bought two cocker puppies (after being unable to decide on just one!)from you in November 2006, a black and white 1/2 show 1/2 worker boy and a show orange roan boy. We called them Dexter (foxisle Tansy) and Dillon (foxsile Eli).

I just thought you might like to see a picture of them a year on!! they are absolutely amazing and have given us so much pleasure over the last year. Dexter is the most loving and affectionate little dog, he is so clever too!! i take him to agility classes which he loves!! he is a perfect little dog and we couldn't imagine our lives without him now Dillon is a little live wire, he is full of beans all the time and is great entertainment for many hours on end! He too loves his cuddles and is never far away from our sides.

the boys are all grown up now and are so handsome! they are both perfect dogs and great company for us and each other. thank you for our two little boys!!

Hope you like the pictures, they are when we were in Scotland earlier in the year!

    Love Amy, Dexter and Dillon
